Solidarity and Communication
A. Ttip To the Futur (TTF)
It is an integrated learning initiative aiming to providing guidance, empowerment,and entertainment. This initiative began with primary classes from ninth to tenth grade students in private schools in the governorates of Irbid and Amman, in order to provide students with a mature goal for their future lives, and help them discover their talents and develop their skills approaching five target groups: the student, the school, the teacher, parents, colleagues and the community and aiming to continuously upgrading them and their communities.This year, the initiative has been developed and applied at the level of the largest private schools in addition to UNRWA schools in some camps, and the launch of such initiative in universities started in Al-Yarmouk University, and currently we are going to launch in public schools after obtaining the approval of the Minister of Education.
B. Self-training programs (for volunteers)
Training Department responsible for empower volunteers and enable them to carry out the activities of the Org.
C. Leadership 101 .
Program targets youth between the ages of 18-30 years to enable empwer and prepare them to become young leaders.
Cultural & literature
A. Work together initiative
This initiative aims to revive the solidarity and communication among communities. It is also sustainable and has been applied in a number of stages, and it is necessary to mention that any activity aimed at social solidarity is launched under the umbrella of “Work together “ like (Blood Donation, Care for the elderly and orphans), trained in a number of orphans on hand made skills.
A. Abjadeat
It is a sustainable initiative that aims to maintain concept of cultural, literary skills and the Arabic language as well, by doing dialogue sessions, conferences, literary evenings and many other activities.

A. GO HEALTH initiative
The initiative is to provide health advice and a quick check of the civil society in areas with a large gathering as complexes and vital areas, by the medical team worked with the organization for 1 Jordanian Dinar kept in the organization’s treasury to be spent on initiatives .

and Entrepreneurs, and Identifying the Most Important Opportunities for Youth. By hosting a number of success stories of youth, as well as a number of business owners concerned with youth.
